1. What lies in store for me when I join NCDCC?

Staff Sergeant (SSG) ›› Warrant Officer (WO)

You need to be interviewed for promotion to the rank of warrant officer in addition to the stated criteria.

2 . What are the courses available?

› Officer Basic Course.
› Officer Commanding Unit Course.
› Cadet Lieutenant Course.
› NCO Course.
› Senior NCO Course.

3. I'm a foreigner, can I join NCDCC?

Yes, you may apply if your school has a NCDCC unit. However, this is subject to the approval of the Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Education.

4. What about uniforms?

Uniforms are issued free of charge to cadets. However, any loss or damage of such issued items would have to be replaced and reimbursed by the cadets themselves.

5 . What are the things I need to prepare during the ceremonies and parades?

›› Proper wearing of your full field dress uniform. Turnout must be smart. (Iron your clothes)
›› Practice your foot-drill till perfection.
›› Learn the NCDCC March. To be sung at ALL ceremonies and parades.
›› Come for rehearsals to get more information and understand your role during the
ceremonies and parades.
